this month has seen now two new engines arrive on the railway. The first, 08647 Dartmoor and todays arrival, BR Standard class 4mt 4-6-0 No. 75033. From what we can tell, her last shed she was based at prior to withdrawl was 11A, Now 10A, Carnforth. However, on arrival with us, she was carrying her 89C Aberystwth Shed plate indicating that the original owner had restored her to 1965 condition, par the rust and lack of TLC, etc. Also, a few days ago, 27th Feb, we had our new NE Trout ballast wagon arrive.
Yesterday saw the arrival of Ex NSE class 08, 08641 Dartmoor. This is our second Network South East Gronk, of which she is in perfect operational condition and was put onto a photo charter with 08600 Ivor and our two Ex Virgin Riviera Mk2's as seen in this photo.
